We’re undecided even Wonder Woman can rescue a resurrected Steve Trevor from his Members Only jacket within the 1980s-set film sequel.

“Wonder Woman 1984” has begun principal pictures ― and director Patty Jenkins and star Gal Gadot posted photographs Wednesday to strengthen that this isn’t a drill.

Jenkins tweeted a pic of Chris Pine’s Steve Trevor (he’s alive!) wanting ever-so ’80s in a shopping center:

And Gadot posted a photograph of herself in entrance of a monitor teeming with ’80s imagery, together with Larry Hagman as J.R. Ewing on “Dallas.” Wonder Woman can be too late to avoid wasting J.R. from being shot, however she most likely has extra essential issues to do.

A Warner Bros. Pictures statement stated “Wonder Woman 1984” is scheduled to open Nov. 1, 2019.

The sequel to the 2017 film “Wonder Woman” has the hero taking over a brand new foe, the Cheetah, performed by Kristen Wiig. Pine will return as Steve Trevor, regardless of apparently dying within the authentic. (Maybe that Members Only jacket has some magic in any case.) Pedro Pascal of “Game of Thrones” can also be solid, the studio stated.

Production websites embrace the Washington, D.C., space, the United Kingdom and Spain.

“Wonder Woman” has made more than $821 million on the field workplace since its launch final June.
