Now, to wiring! To make it simpler for you, I’m going to place the Arduino pin quantity first, then the show’s pin quantity.
 
1–14
2–16
Three–13
Four–Three
5–5
6–11
7–15
Eight–7
9–1 (resistor)
10–2 (resistor)
11–6 (resistor)
12–Eight (resistor)

If that is too complicated, say so within the feedback, and I am going to rewrite it.
Connect the button to Arduino pin 13 and 5V.
I used 1K resistors, however you would get away with much less.
